NFL Mock Draft 11.0 picks 17-32: A different perspective

17: Jacksonville Jaguars - Graham Barton
18: Cincinnati Bengals - Tyler Guyton
19: Los Angeles Rams - Laiatu Latu
20: Pittsburgh Steelers - Jackson Powers-Johnson
21: Miami Dolphins - Jared Verse
22: Philadelphia Eagles - Brock Bowers
23: Los Angeles Chargers - Xavier Worthy
24: Dallas Cowboys - Kingsley Suamataia
25: Green Bay Packers - Cooper DeJean
26: Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Chop Robinson
27: Arizona Cardinals - Darius Robinson
28: Buffalo Bills - Adonai Mitchell
29: Detroit Lions - Nate Wiggins
30: Baltimore Ravens - Ladd McConkey
31: San Francisco 49ers - Kool-Aid McKinstry
32: Denver Broncos - Michael Penix Jr.
17: Jacksonville Jaguars - Graham Barton

Barton is steadily rising up draft boards across the NFL landscape, and when you watch him play, you can see why. He’s able to play across the offensive line and has bucketloads of experience under his belt already.

18: Cincinnati Bengals - Tyler Guyton

The Bengals signed Trent Brown in free agency, which should bolster their offensive line in the short term, while drafting Guyton with an eye to the future, but what a future it could be.

19: Los Angeles Rams - Laiatu Latu

Mel Kiper wrote recently that Latu is, in his opinion, the most complete pass rusher in the 2024 draft class. The Rams rarely miss in the draft and are comfortable taking slightly older prospects.

20: Pittsburgh Steelers - Jackson Powers-Johnson

If Powers-Johnson falls to the Steelers, it feels like a no-brainer pick.  According to numerous reports, he’s the best center prospect in the draft and the Steelers need a center…

21: Miami Dolphins - Jared Verse

We can’t see the Dolphins deviating away from pass rusher with this pick, so with Turner and Latu off the board, they take the next best.

22: Philadelphia Eagles - Brock Bowers

If Bowers falls to 22, the Eagles could well be interested. They have historically drafted their next tight end before the current one is over the hill, per reporting by Zach Berman, and Bowers could be the piece that takes them to the next level.

23: Los Angeles Chargers - Xavier Worthy

Justin Herbert finally gets his deep threat in Worthy. The more we watch him, the more we think he could be a versatile, number-one option in the NFL, rather than someone used to take the top off defenses.

24: Dallas Cowboys - Kingsley Suamataia

The run on offensive linemen has been and gone, leaving the Cowboys with the bottom-end of the top-ranked guys. We like Suamataia, and Matt Miller previously described him as, “the most active, physical left tackle I've studied,” but we think there is plenty of work to do.

25: Green Bay Packers - Cooper DeJean

DeJean could end up going much higher than this, but if he falls to 25, don’t expect to see him slip any further.

26: Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Chop Robinson

ESPN’s Field Yates is convinced Robinson will, “be a more productive pro than college player.” We aren’t so sure as sack production is often predictive of NFL success, but Yates is a great evaluator, so maybe we’re missing something.

27: Arizona Cardinals - Darius Robinson

We like Robinson as a late first-round player. His size and versatility is intriguing and should help bolster a defensive line that isn’t stacked with talent.

28: Buffalo Bills - Adonai Mitchell

The Bills have backed themselves into a corner by not re-signing Gabe Davis and trading Steffon Diggs, now, they have to select a receiver and Mitchell is the best available.

29: Detroit Lions - Nate Wiggins

Mel Kiper describes Wiggins as having, “length, outstanding speed and smooth hips in coverage.” These traits should help him become a lockdown corner in the draft.

30: Baltimore Ravens - Ladd McConkey

McConkey has a lot of desirable traits for an NFL wide receiver, and the Ravens rarely make mistakes. This fit makes a lot of sense to us, even if the Ravens have more pressing needs elsewhere.

31: San Francisco 49ers - Kool-Aid McKinstry

The Niners need offensive line help, but in our opinion, the available options aren't worth the 31st pick. McKinstry isn’t a flashy player, but he gets the job done and is rarely out of position.

32: Denver Broncos - Michael Penix Jr.

The Broncos need a QB and this could be a cheaper alternative to trading into the top five. They send the Chiefs their second and fourth-rounders, allowing them to draft Penix and a five-year rookie deal.
