A busy winter transfer window

Like every year, the winter transfer window gives many teams the chance to strengthen their squads. This season, Manchester City, AC Milan and Aston Villa have been particularly active. Here are the 20 most notable transfers of the window.

Axel Disasi - Chelsea to Aston Villa

Marshall Munetsi - Stade de Reims to Wolverhampton Wanderers

Abdukodir Khusanov - RC Lens to Manchester City

Just a few months ago, Abdukodir Khusanov was unknown to the wider public. In half a season, the Uzbek defender has made a name for himself at RC Lens, earning a winter move to Manchester City for 40 million euros. The 20-year-old has already played his first minutes for the Citizens, a tough baptism of fire for a highly promising player.

Vitor Reis - Palmeiras to Manchester City
