Is 'King' LeBron James on the way to one of these destinations next season?
It wouldn't be an NBA season without rumors of LeBron James wanting to move on or dropping hints of a new potential destination.
At the beginning of February, 'King James' dropped numerous hints on a potential trade to the New York Knicks, sending NBA fans into a frenzy.
Madison Square Garden is the greatest sports arena in the world, and New York Knicks fans have surely thought about LeBron James becoming the new king of the arena.
According to the New York Posts, when asked if James has ever thought about joining the Knicks, he said: "I've had that thought in my career."

According to @Kingjames on Instagram, James reposted a story of him playing at MSG and commented calling the arena, "My absolute favorite playground."
James showed out for the Los Angeles Lakers against the Knicks on February 4th, scoring 24 points, five rebounds, and five assists in the Lakers 113-105 win, as reported by the NBA.
James arrived at MSG in Knicks Knicks-inspired signature Lebron Nike's and left the arena with a New York Knicks towel over his head.

ESPN's Stephen A Smith said: "If LeBron James wants to put himself in a position to win a championship, get traded to the New York Knicks. Center stage, Madison Square Garden, the Mecca!"
Since the trade deadline has passed and the rumors of James moving the Knicks have calmed down, another team was reportedly interested in his services.
According to ESPN, there were owner-to-owner conversations between the Golden State Warriors and the Lakers that looked to bring James to the Bay Area.

However, the Warriors were unsuccessful in their approach, having tried to persuade him by pairing him with future NBA Hall of Famer Stephen Curry.
ESPN reported that Warriors GM Mike Dunleavy had approached Lakers GM Rob Pelinka, but Pelinka reiterated the Lakers wanted to keep James.
As reported by the Daily Mail, James said: "Sometimes there are conversations happening behind closed doors that you don't even know about."
"And until I guess if it's real or not, then they'll bring it to you. But it never even got to me, so I heard about it when the reports dropped as well."
According to CBS Sports, Philadelphia 76ers GM Daryl Morey also enquired about taking James from the Lakers, but nothing transpired.
Will James continue at the Lakers next season, or will he pair with another superstar in pursuit of winning his fifth NBA Championship?
