Shaquille O’Neal reveals his dream NBA duos

NBA Hall of Famer Shaquille O'Neal is the most dominant player in NBA history and formed one of the most iconic duos with Kobe Bryant in the early 2000s.

'Shaq' won four NBA Championships, three with the Los Angeles Lakers and one with the Miami Heat and Dwayne Wade, so he knows what combinations and players work together.

According to NBA TV, the former Lakers big man selected his dream past and present NBA duos, picking players from today and pairing them with legends of yesteryear.

Here are Shaquille O'Neal's dream NBA duos!

The first duo O'Neal dreamed about was former Los Angeles Lakers star Magic Johnson and current Milwaukee superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo. A duo that would dominate with their size and help Antetokounmpo get easy baskets at the rim.

Magic Johnson is one of the best passers in NBA history, and with Giannis's dominance on the inside, the pair would work perfectly in helping Magic get time on the ball, and Antetokounmpo get easy dunks and shots to win his team games.

Luka Doncic has been on fire for the Dallas Mavericks, showing he can lead a team and get results as the predominant ball handler. If Boston Celtics legend Larry Bird played with Doncic, the pair would form an unstoppable offensive threat.

The pair would work perfectly together, with Bird only needing the ball when pulling up for a shot. Doncic has averaged 31 points this season, and with Bird's size and shooting, they would be unstoppable.

Iverson and Curry are two of the greatest offensive threats the NBA has ever seen. If these two played with each other, who would stop Curry's outside shot and Iverson's shiftiness in the paint?

With three MVPs and seven NBA Finals appearances between them, both know what it takes to take a team to the championship game. Curry is the best shooter of all time, and with Iverson, no defense would have 'the answer.'

Unlike the other duos on this list, Draymond Green and Dennis Rodman will not beat you on offense, but defensively, there isn't a chance you will get easy buckets.

When Bryant played with 'Shaq,' the big man could only score inside the paint. However, with reigning MVP Embiid, both Bryant and Embiid would be deadly on the outside and inside, making it impossible for defenders to guard.
