Carolina Panthers
Possible Head Coach: Ben Johnson
New England Patriots
New Head Coach: Jerrod Mayo
Washington Commanders
Possible Head Coach: Eric Bienemy
Buffalo Bills
Possible Head Coach: Brian Johnson
Tennessee Titans
New Head Coach: Brian Callahan
Los Angeles Chargers
Possible Head Coach: Joe Brady
Seattle Seahawks
Possible Head Coach: Mike MacDonald
Atlanta Falcons
Possible Head Coach: Bill Belichick
Carolina Panthers

Frank Reich was fired during the season and so far the Panthers are yet to full the position.

Possible Head Coach: Ben Johnson

Ben Johnson’s stock has shot up in the past couple of years. He is seen as one of the brightest offensive minds in the NFL, creating a QB-friendly offense that takes some pressure off the signal-caller. Given how badly Young has started his NFL career, he’ll need all the help he can get next season to turn things around, Johnson could well be that guy.

New England Patriots

Bill Belichick was let go (mutually agreed to move on...) by Robert Kraft after a few years of steady decline.

New Head Coach: Jerrod Mayo

Mayo is just 37 years old and has limited coaching experience behind him but all reports suggest he is an incredibly talented coach who players love. The Pats kept their hire in the building rather than looking elsewhere, how that works out for them will be fascinating to follow.

Washington Commanders

Ron Rivera is out in Washington after years of no progress, it's hard to blame Rivera for everything that went wrong during his tenure given how badly run the Commanders have been,

Possible Head Coach: Eric Bienemy

Another possible cheat here as Beinemy is already in the building as the Commanders’ OC, but given his record and ability, he could well take the reins straight away. The knock on Bienemy whilst he was at the Chiefs was a lack of playcalling experience, well guess what he has now… Bienemy has recently interviewed for the job so he could well be hired any moment.

Buffalo Bills

Sean McDermott has an incredible record during his time with the Bills but simply cannot get past the Kansas City Chiefs come playoff time. He is more than likely keeping his job, but there must be internal conversations about his future going on.

Possible Head Coach: Brian Johnson

Brian Johnson is out in Philly after a disappointing end to the year, fans pointed the finger at the offensive coordinator but since then he has been interviewed by multiple teams for their head coaching job suggesting he is still highly thought of.

Tennessee Titans

Vrabel was let go as soon as the season ended, a tough end for a coach who made the Titans competitive throughout his tenure.

New Head Coach: Brian Callahan

Brian Callahan has been hired as the Titans' new head coach in the past few days and is set to use his experienced offensive mind to turn around a Tennessee team that has struggled to get going in the past couple of seasons.

Los Angeles Chargers

The Chargers need to change something given their remarkable consistency of finding ways not to win despite having one of the best young QBs in the league. Brandon Staley was a bold hire at the time that hasn’t quite worked out, nothing wrong with that unless you let the stink linger.

Possible Head Coach: Joe Brady

This is dependent on Sean McDermott moving on as HC, otherwise, Brady will probably become the full-time OC following his promotion to the job in the interim. Brady has long been admired within NFL circles and seems to have helped calm Josh Allen down somewhat suggesting he could be the cool head that helps the Chargers finally break through.

Seattle Seahawks

The Seahawks let go of Pete Carroll in a move that shocked many, his tenure was incredibly successful, but perhaps it was time to let him go before the slide worsens.

Possible Head Coach: Mike MacDonald

Mike MacDonald is the Ravens' defensive coordinator and has been dominating Kyle Shanahan-type offenses all season with his scheme. If you're Seattle, why not hire him and give yourself the best possible chance to win against your division rivals, the Kyle Shanahan-led 49ers?

Atlanta Falcons

The Falcons needed to move on from Arthur Smith after another season of mediocrity, and that's exactly what they did leaving an attractive opening in Atlanta.

Possible Head Coach: Bill Belichick

There have been lots of rumors circulating that the Falcons want to hire Belichick and he has completed a round of interviews with the organization, whether this happens or not will probably be down to Bill.
