Fans shocked by Kim Kardashian's soccer secret

Kim Kardashian's roles in fashion, social media, and the business world are discussed ad nauseam on a daily basis by millions of people, but there's one particular interest she's managed to keep to herself, up until now anyway.

Now, what has surprised many people is seeing the businesswoman, on a regular basis, watching soccer matches all over the world.

Whenever the elder Kardashian attends a soccer game there is always speculation that she's there for a new partner, a new business venture, or as a paid promotion, but the truth is actually much simpler.

The reality is Kim is just a massive soccer fan. And people shouldn't be so surprised as the influencer actually played soccer as a child! How is it possible that she has kept this secret so well for so long?

It all came out as Apple TV cameras captured the social media icon in the front row of Lionel Messi's debut with Inter Miami.

"I played soccer for five or six years. I was a goalkeeper... and a center-forward! And I wasn't bad, you know?", she told Apple TV.

The revelation of Kim Kardashian caught many of her followers by surprise, as most were unaware of this well-kept secret.

In fact, Kim's passion for the game was on show at the Miami game, as she erupted at the match-winning goal that Messi scored in the last minute of the game,

She was joined by her 7-year-old son Saint West, who appears to have inherited his mother's passion for soccer.

"I loved it, so I'm happy that my boy loves it – and that we can come. They're excited and that just makes me so excited." she commented on Apple TV.

Saint appeared at the DRV PNK Stadium​ with the Inter Miami pink shirt and Messi's number 10 on his back.

Together with mother and son, a multitude of familiar faces such as Serena Williams, LeBron James and David Beckham, owner and instigator of Messi's arrival in MLS.

At the end of the game, Kim Kardashian and Saint West approached Messi to get a shirt signed for the young footie-mad boy.

Immediately afterward, Saint, Kim and a friend took a plane and flew to Japan to watch the match between Al-Nassr, Cristiano Ronaldo's team, and PSG, the team led by Neymar. PSG are without Mbappé, who has been excluded from the Japan tour with the Parisian team, awaiting news about his next club.

Speaking to YouTuber 'IShowSpeed', Kim also admitted wanting to meet Neymar Jr, while Saint confirmed who his favorite player is: "Ronaldo is my GOAT (Greatest Of All Time)".

Kim Kardashian, much more diplomatic, assured that she liked Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo equally. What is clear is that mother and son have exquisite taste in football.
