It's going to be a very exciting matchup

With Super Bowl LVII just a few days away, it’s time to review exactly what you can expect from this epic matchup between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles.

Everybody thinks the Eagles will win

Most sportsbooks have the Eagles favored to win at a 1.5-point advantage according to ESPN but that doesn’t mean you should count the Chiefs out just yet.

Don’t bet against the Chiefs

The Chiefs had the best offense in the league during the regular season according to Jason Burgos of Sportsnaut, so expect the Eagles to be on the backfoot if they don’t make some early wins.

Expect a back-and-forth battle

Both the Eagles and the Chiefs were ranked among the NFL’s top teams in total yards, passing yards, and scored points according to Albert Bainbridge of northjersey.com. “I believe we're in for a back-and-forth battle,” Bainbridge wrote in his analysis of the game to come.

The game is as close to an even match as you’re going to get

“It took 57 years,” wrote CBS News sports writer John Breech, “but I think we might finally be getting the most evenly matched Super Bowl of all time.” Everything about these two teams is so even that I'm actually kind of frightened.”

Breaking down the stats

Field Yates broke down just how even Philadelphia and Kansas City were in a recent Twitter post. The Chiefs went 16-3 this year, and so did the Eagles. Philadelphia scored 546, and so did Kanas City.

More important similarities

Both teams have six All-Pro players—which includes quarterbacks—both teams were their division's first seeds, and both teams even have a Kelce brother playing for them, all of which is going to make for an epic matchup on Sunday.

The night will be filled with storylines

We just talked about the Kelce brothers facing off against one another but Sunday night’s Super Bowl will also see two of the league's best quarterbacks—Partick Mahomes and Jalen Hurts— battle for a historic win.

Nick Siranni versus Andy Ried

Eagles head coach Nick Siranni going up against the man who fired him in 2013 might just provide some of the best drama of the night. There’s no bad blood between the two men but it will still feel mighty good if Siranni can pull off the win.

Philadelphia’s pass rushing could be a problem for Mahomes

The Eagles had the best pass rushing in the league according to TSN with a win rate of 52 percent. Philadelphia also had the best record for generating sacks, doing so in 11 percent of plays. This could pose a major problem for the Chiefs' offensive line.

Philadelphia could make sporting history if they lose on Sunday

Philadelphia could be the first city in sporting history to lose three major championships in one year if they fail to bring home the win on Sunday night.

Philadelphia’s major sports losses this year

Earlier this year the Phillies were crushed in the MLB World Series and the city’s soccer team—the Philadelphia Union—lost the Major League Soccer final.

The Chiefs have the better offense

While the Eagles may have a great defensive line, the Chiefs have the best offense Philadelphia has faced all year according to Ted Nguyen of The Athletic.

Philly has few holes but they've never faced a QB like Mahomes

“Philadelphia’s defense seems to have few holes,” Nguyen wrote, “but it hasn’t faced an elite quarterback all season and has had a few letdown games.”

When does the game start?

Kickoff is set for 6:30 pm EST at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona. This will be the fourth time the Pheonix metropolitan area has hosted a Super Bowl with the last occurring in 2015, Super Bowl XLIX.

Who is performing at halftime?

Rihanna will be headlining the halftime show and Time Magazine staff writers Cady Lang and Moises Mendez are expecting a “high-energy” show with Only Girl (In The World) or Work being the first song performed.

Don’t expect any crypto adds

According to Coin Desk, there will be no crypto ads in this year's Super Bowl citing information from Fox Sports. So at least you won’t have to suffer through another ad of Kyle Lowry pitching you Bitbuy…
