Mock Draft 7.0 Picks 17-32

17: Jacksonville Jaguars - Quinyon Mitchell
18: Cincinnati Bengals - Troy Fautanu
19: Los Angeles Rams - Nate Wiggins
20: Pittsburgh Steelers - Brian Thomas Jr.
21: Miami Dolphins - Laiatu Latu
22: Philadelphia Eagles - Cooper DeJean
23: Minnesota Vikings - Bo Nix
24: Dallas Cowboys - Tyler Guyton
25: Green Bay Packers - Kool-Aid McKinstry
26: Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Chop Robinson
27: Arizona Cardinals - Byron Murphy II
28: Buffalo Bills - Adonai Mitchell
29: Detroit Lions - Darius Robinson
30: Baltimore Ravens - Kingsley Suamataia
31: San Francisco 49ers - Graham Barton
32: Kansas City Chiefs - Ladd McConkey
17: Jacksonville Jaguars - Quinyon Mitchell

The Jags need to improve their defense in 2024, especially with the young QB talent in the division. Mitchell has the potential to be the best corner in the draft and should be a welcome addition in Duval.

18: Cincinnati Bengals - Troy Fautanu

The Bengals desperately need offensive line help, and have done for years. Fautanu will, “upgrade Cincy's pass protection,” immediately per Lance Zierlein, who also has him going here.

19: Los Angeles Rams - Nate Wiggins

Wiggins is a burner at cornerback, even if he is a little undersized. The Rams could look at defensive tackle here with Aaron Donald’s retirement, but we aren’t sold there are many elite players at that position in this draft class.

20: Pittsburgh Steelers - Brian Thomas Jr.

This doesn’t feel like a Steelers pick, but with years of turgid offensive play behind them, maybe they need to take a swing on a potentially elite wide receiver prospect.

21: Miami Dolphins - Laiatu Latu

Lance Zierlein describes Latu’s ability as, “game-ready rush talent,” which is exactly what the Dolphins need as they are in “win-now” mode.

22: Philadelphia Eagles - Cooper DeJean

Per Sports Illustrated, the Eagles have met with DeJean multiple times in the pre-draft process and possibly see him as a long-term fix at either corner or safety.

23: Minnesota Vikings - Bo Nix

This pick is more about what the Vikings need more than what we think will happen, given we expect them to trade up for McCarthy or Maye at the top of the draft. Nix is a player we like, though.

24: Dallas Cowboys - Tyler Guyton

The Cowboys need to reload at left tackle, and Guyton is a player they will see as moldable into an elite blindside protector.

25: Green Bay Packers - Kool-Aid McKinstry

The Packers roster is built to compete right now, but there is room for improvement in the secondary outside of Jaire Alexander. McKinstry can step in and start on the outside in Title Town.

26: Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Chop Robinson

Robinson is the best pass-rusher left in the draft, making this an easy selection for a team that needs to upgrade their EDGE defenders.

27: Arizona Cardinals - Byron Murphy II

Murphy has fallen in this mock, right into Jonathan Gannon’s lap at number 27. Ryan Wilson believes Murphy is the, “best defensive lineman in this class,” making this a great pick for the Cardinals.

28: Buffalo Bills - Adonai Mitchell

Tony Pauline and Lance Zierlein both have the Bills taking Mitchell here, and we think it almost makes too much sense. Mitchell will be the perfect foil to Steffon Diggs as the number two guy.

29: Detroit Lions - Darius Robinson

Adding a big, powerful defensive lineman is never a bad idea for an NFL team, and Robinson is exactly that. He should help ease some of the pressure on Aidan Hutchinson, giving the Lions’ defense a bit more bite.

30: Baltimore Ravens - Kingsley Suamataia

Kingsley Suamataia fills a need for the Ravens following Morgan Moses’ move to the Jets.

31: San Francisco 49ers - Graham Barton

Barton looks every bit the NFL offensive guard, with a huge frame and quick feet, he can help fill a need the Niners need to address.

32: Kansas City Chiefs - Ladd McConkey

We’ve liked this pick for a while, and now Lance Zierlein is joining the McConkey to KC Train as well. He’s an NFL-ready player who should be able to link up well with Mahomes as KC looks to complete a historic Three-Peat.
