At 24, Sofya Zhuk's tennis career is already behind her, but how come?

Born in Moscow in December 1999, Sofya Zhuk was set to be one of the next stars of world tennis after she won the Junior Wimbledon Tournament in 2015.

The young and talented Russian, just 15 years old, swept the All England Tennis Club, winning the tournament without dropping a single set.

During her active years, Sofya Zhuk reached number 116 in the WTA ranking with a record of 123 wins and 66 losses. In addition, the young Russian tennis player managed to accumulate almost 400,000 dollars in prize money, according to the WTA website.

But Sofya Zhuk's back would end up causing her serious issues. Problems with protein absorption led to ongoing back injuries that plagued the Russian for years.

"The firmness of my spine is the equivalent of a 50 or 60-year-old person," she confessed in an Instagram live, assuring that no doctor wanted to treat her ailment due to her advanced state.

Finally, in 2020, this injury would end the promising career of a player who, for obvious reasons, was compared to Maria Sharapova. Her last match would be in the first round of Wimbledon 2019, where she was defeated by Varvara Lepchenko.

It was Sofya Zhuk herself who confessed on Instagram that she was leaving tennis. "I may be back in a couple of years," she commented. "I am working as a model but considering other options," added Sofya Zhuk.

Three years later, in 2023, Sofya Zhuk would embrace one of those options to open an account on a renowned adult content website.

Taking advantage of her prodigious physique and her undoubted attractiveness, the former tennis player has launched herself into adult content, and the reception could not have gone better.

"The moment you have been asking about and what you were waiting for has arrived. I have opened an account," she announced on her Instagram account, through a 'story' in which she appeared in her underwear.

Despite what some had hoped for, Sofya Zhuk kept her profile on the famous adult website 'soft', which managed to upset some fans.

"There will be no nudity, so don't get excited. Of course, there will be interesting content. I will put a link when everything is ready," he announced in Instagram Stories.
