Over a 25-year footballing career, Zlatan Ibrahimovic has provided fans with some of the most incredible goals in the history of the sport.

A winner

The end

Zlatan bowed out from football last week, ending his career with AC Milan in his second spell with the Italian giants.

His best goals

Here are Zlatan Ibrahimovic's greatest goals in his career!

MLS debut goals

Ibrahimovic had a debut to remember for the Los Angeles Galaxy in 2018, finalizing the comeback which saw Galaxy draw level with LAFC from 3-0 down.

40-yard half volley

With 20 minutes left in the game, Zlatan made an instant impact, scoring a half volley from 41 yards away to draw the scores back level. In injury time, the Swede completed the turnaround, helping Galaxy win 4-3.

Free kick vs Fiorentina

Inter Milan were 1-0 up against fellow Italian giants Fiorentina, heading into injury time with the game all but won.

Taking the roof off the net

In most cases, teams would keep the ball in the corner and time waste, not Zlatan, who let fly a vicious 109 km/h free kick into the roof of the net, putting Inter in a prime position to win the Serie A title.

Bicycle kick vs New England

Even at the age of 37 in 2019, Zlatan Ibrahimovic was still producing magic that one could only dream of creating, finishing a superb overhead kick against the New England Revolution.

Not enough

The Swedish striker took two touches to set himself before unleashing a powerful overhead kick to return the deficit to one in the 84th minute. Despite that, LA Galaxy failed to get another, losing the game 2-1.

Audacious back heel

In the final game of the 2008-2009 Serie A season, Inter Milan had already secured the title, but with the score 3-3 at the San Siro against Atalanta, Zlatan wasn't finished just yet.

Serie A top scorer

With 81 minutes gone, Hernan Crespo's deflected cross fell to the feet of Ibrahimovic, who outmuscled his way into space and audaciously back-heeled the ball into the net, winning the Serie A top scorer title with 25 goals.

Solo run for Ajax

In his final game for Ajaz before heading off to Juventus, Zlatan provided the Dutch faithful with one final piece of magic, a goal to be compared to Lionel Messi or Diego Maradona.

Skipping past players

With his back to goal from 30 yards out, Zlatan skipped past several opposition players and faked the goalkeeper, slotting the ball into an open net and capping off an excellent solo goal.

Overhead kick vs England

Zlatan Ibrahimovic's most incredible goal was scored against England in 2012 after scoring a 30-yard overhead kick that secured him the Puskas Award.

Breath taking technique

With the game at 2-2 in injury time, Joe Hart cleared the ball with his head, teeing up Zlatan from impossible range. However, his breathtaking technique saw him lift the ball over Hart and miss defender Ryan Shawcross.
