Elle Brooke, perhaps best known for her lewd content, is now a boxing champion having beaten long-term rival AJ Bunker by knockout.
Brooke and Bunker were competing for the Misfits Boxing middleweight title on Saturday the 20th of January in a rematch of their first bout in 2022. Brooke landed a huge right hook in the third round of their bout, winning by KO.
Brooke has become known for her boxing prowess in recent years, but it used to be very different, with her previous fame coming via her lewd, subscription-only content and Instagram posts. So how did she end up in the ring?

Elle Brooke has told The Sun how she has turned around her life following a period as a self-described “party girl” in which she would abuse hard drugs and how that led to bouts of depression. Now, she’s sober and beginning her boxing career, let’s take a look at her story.
Elle Brooke is somewhat of a social media star, with 868,000 followers on Instagram where she promotes her subscription-only content and her love of Manchester City Football Club.
Following her rise in prominence, Brooke entered the world of boxing, joining the host of Instagram, YouTube, and reality TV stars trying their hand in the ring.

Brooke took on Love Island star AJ Bunker in her first bout in 2022, beating her by unanimous decision.
Brooke has an impressive record since entering the ring, winning three out of four bouts, only losing to the Brazilian bodybuilder Jully Poca in July 2023.
Much has changed for Brooke since her first fight, not least her lifestyle, as she told SunSport, “I was a really bad party girl, any substance I could find I was putting up my nose, I was taking it to the max.”
Brooke tells SunSport that, since then, she has, “had 18 months sober, or a year, and now I just live a boring life.”
Rather than continue her party-going lifestyle, Brooke has decided to focus on her craft, taking boxing more seriously than ever. She told SunSport, “I don’t go out on the weekends because I’m too focused on my eating and my training habits.”
Brooke has revealed she used to rely on anti-depressants to deal with her mental health issues during her party-girl era, explaining that she, “I was relying on a pill every day to make me happy.”
Brooke continued, “now I have those good days and I have those bad days but it’s more about training and what I’m focusing on.”

In Brooke’s own words, “boxing really has changed my life,” as she has gone from a drink and drug-fulled partier to a dedicated boxer, training hard for her next bout.
The rematch between Brooke and Bunker was highly anticipated, with both parties making some bold statements in the lead up to the fight.
Brooke told SunSport, “When we first fought it was just someone else in the influencer scene to take on that fight. Whereas now she’s champ, I’ve already beat her and it’s her opportunity for redemption”.
AJ Bunker was the recent winner of the middleweight belt that she lost to Brooke.
Brooke and Bunker are, in Brooke’s words, “not that fond of each other,” which should lead to a, “good fight”. Quite a prescient statement, with both boxers exchanging heavy blows throughout the fight.
For Brooke, this bout iwas the culmination of a long journey from party girl to dedicated and full-time boxer with her victory showcasing how far she's come.
