Mock Draft 10.0 picks 17-32: Pass catchers and pass blockers
The history of extremely fast wide receivers is mixed in the NFL, there are the DeSean Jacksons and Tyreek Hills, but on the other hand, there’s John Ross and Breshad Perriman. Worthy’s stats in 2023 were more of a possession receiver (13.5 YPC per PFF) suggesting he is more than just a burner.
We believe the Bengals need to continue investing in offensive line help despite the signing of Trent Brown. Fuaga is the next best at the position on our board and could play guard or right tackle in a pinch.
Wiggins’ size concerns us a little, standing at only 173 lbs, but as Michael Middlehurst-Schwartz writes, “he'll be a significant difference-maker,” when he makes it to the NFL.

The Steelers took a couple of swings at QB this year, now they need to protect them. Mims is a project, but Pittsburgh probably isn’t competing this year anyway, so in-game reps will be available.
Mel Kiper has described Latu as the most complete pass rusher in the draft, and a quick look at his film and his stats suggest he isn’t wrong. The Dolphins need pass-rush help given their unfortunate injury issues.
Arnold is unlikely to fall to 22, but don’t be surprised if he ends up in Philly anyway. GM Howie Roseman is always aggressive on draft night, and a young, talented corner from a blue-blood program could be exactly what he’s looking for.
The second of Arizona’s first-round picks (acquired from Minnesota) is used to beef up their defensive line. Murphy is, “probably the best pass-rushing defensive tackle in this class,” per Jared Dubin, and could be a difference-maker early in his career.
It has to be an offensive lineman, probably an exterior guy, and Guyton is the best prospect available. The Cowboys could look at Graham Barton or Kingsley Suamataia, but Guyton has the tools to be elite.
Barton has played almost everywhere along the offensive line at times, per NFL Draft Buzz, but presents as a guard or center in the NFL. The Packers’ offense is going to be very good for a very long time.
The Bills trade up with Tampa to select their new number-one receiver in Thomas. The Bucs aren’t in a realistic position to win right now, so are happy to drop back two spots and accrue some more draft capital.

Why not add a freakishly athletic pass-rusher to your defensive line? Robinson’s production has never been mind-blowing, but he could be a weapon for Jonathan Gannon in the right scheme.
The Bucs move back a couple of spots and select Mitchell, a player who has the potential to be “one of the best receivers in the league,” per an NFL scout, via NFL Network.
The Lions signed DJ Reader in free agency, adding his size and run-stuffing ability. Adding the disruptive Newton to the rotation should give them more flexibility and pass rush.
Field Yates suggests, “The Ravens will undoubtedly be exploring cornerback, edge rusher and offensive tackle throughout the draft,” in his recent mock draft. We agree and think that Suamataia could develop into a solid left tackle.
The Niners need offensive line help, but in this mock, the top prospects are gone. Rather than reaching for a day-two guy, San Fran stays put and takes the best player left on their board.
Legette is huge and fast, which combined with improving stats and route running, makes him a fun prospect to watch. The Chiefs could be without Rashee Rice (legal trouble, outcome very unclear) in 2024 making WR even more of a need.
